Saturday Night Vibes’ Cirque du Culinaire experience, which was introduced recently, is taking that to the next level. It will keep patrons of Shook! and Starhill Gallery; and guests of the connecting hotels – JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton, entertained with a new dining concept paired with an ever-changing list of live performances and entertainment, making Shook! the coveted new weekend hot spot for foodies and music lovers alike.
In addition to the amazing selections of the finest food and beverage spread in the city, Saturday Night Vibes offers a curated set of on-ground entertainers including, Ryot Jones, an eight-piece band known for their high octane and energetic performances. The band was formed in early 2016 and has already garnered rave reviews from gigs and performances all around Kuala Lumpur including opening for Joss Stone during her Kuala Lumpur concert.
Guests at Saturday Night Vibes will also get to enjoy its Signature Cocktail, an Aperol Spritz. Inspired by the vibrancy of a Mediterranean night, and drawing on the freshest of European flavours, this light-hearted cocktail of prosecco, Aperol and soda is the perfect way to get out of Kuala Lumpur’s heat and begin your ascent to new heights of relaxation and enjoyment for the weekend.
This leads guests to a curated buffet that includes a unique combination of signature dishes from the collection of restaurants at Feast Village. These include the critically acclaimed Shook!, Fisherman’s Cove, Luk Yu Tea House, Sentidos Gastrobar – The Latin Grill, and Khushi Spice. It is a globally sourced, one of a kind selection of dishes from across the world’s most exciting cities – with a Malaysian twist on them that only the deft hands of Shook!’s own resident culinary masters, many of whom are known for their unique palates and amazing flavour combinations, could bring to life.
Whether it is mouth-watering Sushi and Sashimi; Seafood Paella; King Prawn Noodles; freshly shucked Pacific Oysters; Five-Spice Rack of Lamb, Snow White Dancing Prawns, the finest Wagyu beef cheeks treated tenderly or Tiger Prawn Skewers Seasoned with Togarashi that are ready to melt in the mouth; something for everyone is what Shook! has on hand for the guests’ every culinary desire.
Music completes the evening with every Saturday night seeing a different performer of note taking the stage with original music and mesmerising renditions of well-loved tunes. In the weeks to come, Shook!’s guests can expect to be serenaded by the likes of The Rainbow Children (November 11), Budak Nakal Simpang Hujung (November 25), and Dasha Logan ft. JT Trio (December 16) to name a few.
