The Melium Group launched its new revamped customer loyalty programme called “The Melium Membership Card” at all Kuala Lumpur retail locations. The programme is designed to offer rewards to customers for over 100 international designer labels such as TOD's, Hugo Boss, Givenchy and Max Mara under the group's repertoire of brands. The launch of the membership programme reinforces the group's commitment to existing customers and engaging new shoppers both at once.
Streamlined to reward customers with instant gratification, cardmembers are given the first previews to new collections, invitations to fashion events, insider-only magazines and Melium Membership Vouchers that can be redeemed at their next purchase. Platinum cardmembers enjoy 10% Melium Membership Vouchers while Gold cardmembers enjoy 5% Melium Membership Vouchers. Both cardmembers receive 15% Melium Rebate Vouchers during customer previews and in-store hosted events as well as 10% additional discount for Melium VIP Preview and at The Melium End of Season Sale.
Current Melium Membership card holders will be automatically given a new card beginning April 2015. New applicants interested in joining the programme will receive the Platinum Card upon spending RM5,000 or a Gold Card upon spending RM1,000 in a single receipt on regular-priced merchandise.
